A lifelong technologist who'd rather speak plainly than spout acronyms. I've spent 15+ years rescuing small businesses from bad Wi-Fi, weak security, and that one printer that nobody can fix.

After years working in enterprise IT, I founded Bearded Bytes to bring that same caliber of expertise to small businesses and families who can't justify a full-time IT hire — but still need their tech to just work.
